Full Bridge Driver for a 100 V DC motor

Hi Guys,

I need to control a 100V DC motor. I don't see any MOSFET driver for 100V. What are you suggesting?

Hi John,

I may have placed it in the wrong forum, but I was thinking the 3x LM5107 may work.

At this time, there are no 100V drivers available.

Hi Marc,

I work with the high-power driver solutions team in TI's high-voltage business. We offer many 100V half-bridge drivers, which many customers use for driving MOSFETs in motor drive applications.

Aside from the LM510x family as suggested above, I would also recommend you take a look at UCC27201A and UCC27211A drivers.
