Could you answer me the following questions, plsease?

Q1: Which semiconductor processes does DRV3205-Q1 use?
-> CMOS? or BiC?

Q2: If it is CMOS, Did TI confirm latch-up test?

Yes we run latch up testing on the DRV3205-Q1 to confirm that there is no issue.
