DRV10975EVM cannot update

Dear,

During using the part #DRV10975EVM, tried to connect with HPA665 board.

But it can't pass and the firmware needs to update message popped up as below.

The connected <unknown device> requires a firmware update to version 2.6.3.0.

Serial Number: A2EA986F03000F00

Current version: UNKWON

The update takes only a few seconds and does not require an Internet connection.

I checked this message but cannot use it still. Please advise how can it update.

Thank you for your advice.

As you mentioned the manual procedure link, tried to meet the procedure correctly.

but when I connect it with USB, the display and others working well.

But when I tried to connect AC adapter, the plus occurred spark and the main circuit breaker became 'off'

So cannot use the product now.

Please confirm this AC adapter is failed item or not. After your confirmation, I will request replacement to Mouser which I bought from.
