Hi team,

My customer is using the part DRV8813 now and meets the FAULT problem when do the motor line hot swap. The current waveform is below.

Although the action is not recommended, but the OCP time seems not to exceed the blank time 3.75us. So why the it meets fault or why it meets OCP.

Hi Frank,

Have you measured the voltage on the OUT pins when you perform this hot swap?
What is the VM voltage when this FAULT occurs?
