Hello,
my customer started develop diesel engine controller (12V power domain) about month ago.
Now they looking for solution for throttle and solenoid control.
They choose NXP MC33926 and MC33816 as main competitors in this application.
I want to offer solution on TI components. I found 2 variants from TI DRV8844 and DRV8412 looks good in this application. But I'm not sure that it's a best solution.
Can anybody approve that my solution are best from TI? Or may be anybody offer something better?
My customer told me that solutions for this application typical is not a catalogue products, because it's automotive segment.
So I'm asking there - Do TI have a special solution for diesel solution.
