i am performing projeclab02b BLDC motor rotation using BOOSTXL-DRV8305EVM but after connection i run GUI extension.exv but MOSFET get burn

is it possible to replace that MOSfet...can possible todesign only current drive circuit and use the drv8305 by isolating that mosfet ckt and connect my circuit

plz help....

is there any other solution

Hi Pratik,

It is possible to replace the MOSFET if you have the proper equipment and the board was not damaged.

Can you describe exactly what you did? Please note the BOOSTXL-DRV8301 does not have the same current capability as the larger DRV8301EVMs.
