My customer designed a low voltage motor control board using DRV8301 referring to DRV8301 boostpack. They found switch ring on Vgs when PWM on and off. You can find the scope captures as follows.
And also the schematics is as follows.
DRV8301's driver peak current is set to 0.25A. At this moment, they cannot re-fabricate the PCBA. Would you kindly suggest to how revise the hardware to eliminate the switching ring?
