DRV8842: usage of half H-bridge and ISEN pin internal connection

For this application we intend to use the half H bridge to drive two loads with the DRV8842. My question is about ISEN. The functional block in section 7.2 of the datasheet shows ISEN internally connected, but I would like to confirm whether that is the case. If it is, I assume we cannot control the two loads independently, correct?

Hi Lenio,

How much current do you intend to use in each load? There may be other devices that are better suited. The DRV8841 is one example.

Hi Lenio,

Sorry for the delay. The DRV8842 is intended to drive one high current load.

If you would like to control two loads smaller loads, please look at the DRV8841. The DRV8841 has the same H-Bridge logic.
