DRV8305: GERR over temperature

Dear all,

You say that GERR = +/-3%.

Does this specification include temperature condition?

If it doesn't, could you teach how error does this have over temperature?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

For temperature variance, you can review the GERR spec in the DRV8305-Q1 datasheet. The DRV8305 shows the GERR spec at 25C, the DRV8305-Q1 shows variance across device operation temperature.

Hi Beard-san,

Thank you for your answer, but could I re-check my understanding?

At DRV8305-Q1 data sheet, GERR = +/-3.5% at Tj=-40~150C.
Therefore, DRV8305 also has GERR = +/-3.5% at Tj=-40~150C.

Is this correct?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

Yes, this is correct. The GERR spec across temperature is the same for DRV8305 and DRV8305-Q1.
