I'm working on implementing the DRV880. I have a question on calculating the Rsense resistor power rating.
Rsense = 0.5V/Itrip. Assume Itrip = 1.5A. Rsense = 0.333Ohm
PRsense = i^2 * R = 1.5^2 * 0.333 = 0.5W.
Is this the correct way to calculate the power of the resistor?
