One of customers is using the DRV8828 to drive a printer motor. They downloaded the GUI from the software tab in the product folder.rRev B)
They ran the setup in Admin mode and the installed the required USB drivers. The COM port in the My Computer device manager matched with the one in the GUI as well. However, they see this failed communication error.
Can you please help solve this?
