If 'High Side Gate Drive 2-Stage Charge Pump' is broken, what voltage will occur at VCPH?

Will the voltage of PVDD occur at VCPH?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

Can you describe how the charge pump is broken?
Is the CP1H/L cap missing?
Is the CP2H/L cap missing?
Is the VCPH/PVDD cap missing?
Is charge pump broken differently?

I concern when VCPH/PVDD cap is missing and charge pump is broken by overvoltage.

The design team says the device should survive a missing cap. There is circuitry in the device to limit the voltage above PVDD for this situation.
