Dear, All

I would like to confirm the operation of Reverse Supply Protection.
Have you determined that Reverse Supply has occurred when the VDRAIN pin rises by the specified voltage from the PVDD pin?
Also, can I understand the Protection behavior as follows?
- Stop the charge pump for High side gate Drv and lower the VCPH voltage below PVDD.

For the VCPH if the voltage drops below 8V the charge pump under voltage protection will be flagged.

Hi Michino-san,

I apologize for the delay. To answer your question, under reverse supply, all the pins would be referenced by the voltage supplied to GND (since supply is reversed).

Then the pins would be floating as there would be no return path. In the datasheet diagram, the only path not floating would be the diode return forcing the gate of the mosfet to about 0.7V hence isolating the both input terminals. I hope this helps, thank you.
