DRV8301: DRV8301 making humming sound with load on 3.3V

Hi All,

I am using the DRV8301 in a design.  I soldered only the components necessary for 3.3V output and see a 3.3V output that gets noisier with an increase of the VBUS voltage.  When I connect a 100 ohm resistor, the DRV8301 makes a buzzing or humming sound, even with VBUS at 12V.  Is this problem recognizable to anyone?
