DRV101: Driving multiple solenoids with one IC

Are the DRV10x series drivers capable of driving more than one solenoid, provided that the sum of solenoid peak currents is below that of the driver?

    Hi Nishant,

    I do not see any potential problems for driving multiple solenoids in parallel with one channel as long as the voltage and current stay within the datasheet ratings. Of course, the best way to make sure that the device works properly in your application is by testing it.
