What is your question?
If driving a stepper motor, there will be current once the device is enabled.

You mean if enable the DRV8834, when step pin no pulse input (push-pull output low)，H bridge will also open,So there's a big current here?

Hi user5007751,

Correct. When the device is set to indexer mode (CONFIG = high) and nENBL = low, the outputs are active.

If you do not want the current, set nSLEEP to low or change the nENBL connection to add mcu control.
