DRV8837: Schematic Review

Hi Jim,

The schematic looks good. There is an internal pulldown resistor of approximately 100kOhm, so there is no need for the external resistors.

If space allows, placing the footprint is a good idea.

We need  IN1/2, OUT1/2 the max current range to calculator power consumption, but i only saw current spec in datasheet as below.

The input pulldown resistor for IN1 and IN2 are typically 100kOhms (Rpd), but can be as low as 66kOhms (Vin = 3.3V/Iih max = 50uA).

So the IN1/IN2 current will be no more than Vinput/66kOhms.

I am sorry. I do not understand your question about the output current range.
Output current is dependent on the motor parameters.

The DRV8837 can deliver up to 1.8A.
