DRV8813: Decay mode at 0% Current Regulation

Hi,

I need a clarification about the behavior of the driver when the bridge current is set to 0% by putting xI0=1 and xI1=1 and xENBL=1.

The datasheet says that the bridge is disabled: does this mean that all FETs are turned off and asynchronous fast decay will occur, or something else (i.e.: which is the decay mode in this condition)?

Hi Marco,
When the current is set to 0%, both low side FETs will be active and no current will output. When going from a driving mode to this "brake" mode, the decay would be whatever decay mode was selected before going to the 0% current mode. This will have to be updated in our datasheet. thank you
