DRV8842: issue/failure of pin 12&13

Hello Team,

One of our customer is using DRV8842 and facing low impedance issue at pin 12 and 13 (Vref) in few boards.In the design they had given 3.3V (V3P3 Out) as internal reference voltage.

3.3V (V3P3 Out)  output will be disabled when sleep and reset are on active. Can this create any back drive to the internal DAC since the current setting pins are driven from external 3.3V.

The reference voltage to the pin is given as shown in the below schematic(Encircled with red).

While testing out of 5 boards, 2 boards are with required reference voltage at the corresponding pin. But in other boards they are getting undesired reference voltage(Drop in the voltage) and 12^th,13^th  pin to ground impedance is showing 240 ohm.

Can you please help with your comments on the same.
