Looking forward to your reply, thank you very much!

  • we trid another chip of Allegro with same software, the problem solved ,
Dear Ti 's engineer, could you answer my question?
  • Hi Leo,

What are the settings used for the DRV8824?
    VM voltage - 12V
    AVREF/BVREF voltage?
    MODE2, MODE1, MODE0 pins?
    DECAY pin?
    Sense resistor values?
How many steps are required to create a 1mm offset?
Do you have the STEP pin set to a logic high when nSLEEP is set to a logic high?

What Allegro device did you use?
What are the settings for this device?
