I am going to use an electric motor. The model is 42HS4823A4 two-phase stepping motor.Is the driving design scheme TI suitable?

Yes, the driving scheme is suitable.

What is the system voltage for the motor driver?
Do you need the full current (2.3A) of the motor? If not what is the RMS and Peak current desired?
