DRV8850: Package drawing for DRV8850 (QFN-24 RGY) has no info on thermal pad

Scroll to the bottom and see the CAD/CAE symbols section. This can be imported into most tools using the instructions to the right of the file.

Unfortunately, the only file there is in the .BXL format, which my CAD package doesn't open. Indeed, it appears to be a format just for UltraLibrarian, which I don't have installed. The fastest way to solve this for me is, I think, for someone to just tell me the length and width of the thermal pad for that package. That's the only info I need. Is that something which you or one of your colleagues are able to look up?

I installed UltraLibrarian and imported the model from your website.  Looking through the views of the package in UltraLibrarian, the thermal pad is missing.  And, when I import the exported file to my CAD tool, the thermal pad is not shown either.  So, we're back to zero, I think.  Have you had any success finding out anything from your side?

Which CAD tool are you using? I would like to contact our CAE/CAD folks and fix that also.

I have been working on getting the drawings attached, but it is a slow process.

Inside this file are the DRV8850 pcb files (DRV8850_Customer_EVM.PcbDoc). This file can be viewed with an Altium viewer available online. Using the viewer, you can measure the dimensions.
