DRV10983-Q1: Error by startting GUI

Dear sir or madame,

When I start the GUI for the DRV10983Q1EVM the following error message is displayed.

After clicking on continue the gui opens. the hardware can not be successfully connected. i have checked the hardware connection and no problem.

Do you have any suggestion what I can do?

Hello Zeng,

It looks like your USB2ANY does not have the correct filmware. Please refer to the attached document to with the process to update the firmware.

firstly thank you for your answer. Now the hardware is successfully conected. But we still have this error:

And now we have a new probelm
