LMD18200: Specifications

Also, we have newer devices that may meet your needs. Can you provide a little information, such as:
the system voltage
the current needed
the protection features
your application

This defines the specifications that I need:
1. For the saturation voltage, it is usually found in the electrical characteristics.
2. Over current protection - if there is a built-in circuit, how much of a current will there be before shutdown?
3. rush current protection - when switching, stop mode should be entered
4. minimum pulse width - no need since it was stated in the electrical characteristics.

For the suggested newer devices, what we need are as follows:
1. System/supply voltage - greater than 17 volts
2. output current - 1A (Peak) is enough
3. built in diode
4. Built-in over current protection, over temperature protection, and rush current protection
5. Minimum Input operating voltage - 2.0V
6. Saturation Voltage
7. Diode Forward Voltage
8. Minimum input pulse width - less than 8ms

I would like to ask for an update regarding this enquiry. This item is a candidate as a subpart for TA7291P (TOSHIBA), and for it to be evaluated we need to complete the specifications first.

If there are newer devices that are compatible with the said item, we would like to know their specifications too.
