We are building drone, need driver for the following motor. Can you please suggest the motor driver best work for this??

    Hey Biraja,

    There's a couple of things I'd like to ask you first:

    • Is this a 3 Phase BLDC Motor?
      • The DRV10x series is for 3 Phase BLDCS. Don't worry if the motor isn't a 3 phase BLDC, I can connect you with the team that supports other types of motors.
    • What is the max voltage you intend to the run the motor? What is this motor's max voltage?
      • If its 2.1-5.5V then the DRV10963/64 might interest you
      • If its 6.5-8V then the DRV10975 might interest you
      • If its 6.2-28V then the DRV10987 might interest you
    • What are the number of poles of the motor?
    • We can determine the max RPM that we can drive the motor with the equation below. If the Max RPM does not meet your expectations, we can start looking outside of the DRV10x device family:

    RPM_Max = 60*F_ecycle / #_ofPolePairs = 60*(1000) / #_ofPolePairs

    After choosing a device based on the voltage range, take a look at the device datasheet and see if the current spec is in line with your system requirements as well.
