DRV8308EVM: Motor start problem

Dear friend,

We have two different DRV8308 EVMs and custom-built boards in order to evaluate DRV8308. We have tried different motors of different brands and models (bldc blower motors and the one supplied with EVM). Except for the one supplied with EVM we have almost the same motor starting issue. We have mainly tried Micronel U71MX BLDC Blower which we believe its quality and reliability, but unable to solve motor starting issue which is; motor usually starts and operates without a problem and gives full performance specified in the motor's datasheet but at some position of the rotor (propeller in this case) the motor tries to run but vibrate for a second and then gives falut. If we change the position of the rotor a little bit the motor runs perfectly again. We have adjust advanced settings and made a cross chaeck between motors and drivers. We are on the R&D stage of a medical respiratory product which we are planning to finish shortly, the main struggle for us at this stage is to built a reliable motor driver. So we are quite frustrated with the testing stage and on the edge of changing our plans to use another product if we are not able to get satisfying support. 

I really hope some of you may help us on the issue.

    The datasheet of the motor is :

    We connected the motor to evm as specified in the datasheet and motor start problem did not occur but we could not get full performance at the full pwm level.

    So we changed the winding connection as

    Winding 1 connected to W

    Winding 2 connected to V

    Winding 2 connected to U

    Hall 1 conencted to W+

    Hall 2 conencted to V+

    Hall 3 conencted to U+

    and the configureation is as below

    So the motor gave full performance but start problem appeared.

    Resulting oscilloscope readings are below(labels show motor side signs).
