DRV10963AEVM: Concurred with problems while using DRV10963 EVM GUI

Hi everyone, when I'm trying to get my motor driver work, some weird problems just occurred. In order to use the GUI, I followed the instructions from the user's guide of the EVM. However, when I clicked the button"set default register values" as it says, the GUI alerted me that errors came across, which specifically is:

Error -2 occurred at Error Converter (ErrCode or Status).vi

Possible reasons:

Receive Buffer is empty

Can anyone offer me some possible solutions? Thanks a lot!

Can you please check hardware connection, please refer EVM user guide for guidance, section 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau643/slau643.pdf

What flavor of DRV10963 are you using for this project?

Hi Krushal,

I've already checked all the connections for multiple times and all the jumpers and connections are set exactly as the user's guide's instruction.

I'm using DRV10963 JADSNR&PDSNT for this project.

Is it OK for me to use series other than DRV10963PDSNT in this EVM board?
