DRV8704 driving TEC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8704, DRV8704EVMi am new member in e2e. but i habe a new application with drv8704 that to drive TEC to hot or cold something.. i make a new PCB according with DRV8704EVM board and drive TEC by PWM directly.my question is i can not change output polarity and the output is VM.i can not find why.so please help me to confirm if the drv8704 chip is ok or not used in Driving TEC?
