Hi team,

A cutomer's PC can't run DRV8886 EVM because they can't downlaod GUI Composer Runtime automatically. Can you send the URL to install it manually?

Hi Sam,

There could be an issue with company firewalls or antivirus. Please ask your customer to contact the IT department for assistance.

If there are still problems, please let us know.

Thank you for your help. It looks like a same issue.

I tried to use the following but it doesn't work.
"I saved the contents of this html file in a txt file and used the "select from file" option."

Do you have any idea?

Hi Sam,

The post that Rick referred to has multiple pages, there should be a post made by me on May 26, 2016 5:33pm. We were hoping you could follow those instructions. I think the link below should take you directly to that specific comment, but just in case it does not please search for my post. It should have 5 steps to get the runtime installed.
