DRV2605L: Use the driver without EN pin

Hi!

My plan is to drive an ERM (eccentric rotation motor) with the DRV2605L. My application requires me to minimize the number of connections I use.

Can I use the driver by always pulling up the EN pin and using the standby mode for low consumption via I2C ?

    Hi Karim,

    Welcome to e2e.
    Yes, that's something you can do to minimize the control signals in your application.
    You can use Register 0x01, bit 7 to reset the device and take it into a known state, if needed.
