What would the minimum PWM rise and fall time of the device be operating at 20kHz?

Julio,

We don't specify minimum rise and fall times for IN1/IN2 because fast logic transitions on inputs should not affect the device operation.

Do you have some more details about your concern here?

Hi James,

What about slow slow logic transitions? I see the IN1/IN2 logic have hysteresis so i dont think it would be. The min duty cycle operation will be 65% @ 20kHz.

Its not a concern, i was asked the question and just wanted a second opinion. I don't think its will be a problem.

Julio,

You are correct - the INx pins have hysteresis so they will be able to handle slow input transitions. The device should operate fine for 65% duty cycle at 20 kHz.
