Hallo,

It concerns the CAL input of the DRV8323.

I designed the layout so that I can apply the DRV8323RH or the DRV8323RS

It is ferry difficult to add to the CAL signal in the design, also I do not yet understand how the CAL signal works.

The question is : can you advice my about CAL signal for the DR8323RH and the DRV8323RS.

Hello L.v. Rijn,

The CAL pin is used for the internal current sense amplifier calibration. When CAL is enabled, the device runs a calibration routine to remove DC offset from the amplifiers. Section 8.3.4.3 in the datasheet describes this.

Hello,

Just to be sure when the CAL pin always low the amplifiers do work, I only have a small deviation.
If so, can you say something about percentage of the deviation.

The deviation may be due to some existing offset or drift due to temperature. See the Current Sense Amplifier section of the Electrical Characteristics table at the bottom of page 14 of the datasheet for more details on the amplifiers.
