    Hi Shimizu-san,

    PDF is not active under 2.2us.
    A 2.2us timer is started when the LS or HS is commanded to change. At 2.2us, the LS or HS output is monitored. If the LS or HS is not at the expected level, a PDF fault is asserted.

    Please note the 2.2us is a typical time. There can be some variation due to the internal clock.
