DRV8412: DRV8412 for Pin 14 signal OC_ADJ, what is the Max input current over temperature of -35C to +125C?

Part Number: DRV8412

Sirs,

On P/N DRV8412 for Pin 14 signal OC_ADJ, what is the Max input current over temperature of -35C to +125C?

We need to know this for our Reliability analysis.  Please provide an answer today.  Thank you.

  • Hi Charles,

We will investigate and reply no later than tomorrow.
  • Hi Charles,

The typical current is 1.24V/R_oc. The 1.24V should stable across temperature, but for worst case we can assume 1.5V (+20%). This would mean approximately 68uA with a 22kOhm resistor. The resistor variation will also affect the current.

If you want to be very conservative, you can use 100uA.
