I'm was recently to introduced with the DRV8304.
After reading almost evry document out there some things are still remain un clear to me.

Is it possible to adjust the DRV8304 software to other MCU than msp430f5529?
Like msp432p401r for example?
And is there anything other than GPIO configurations needed for that adjustment?
As i reviewed the code and nothing in prticular seemed to be exclusive to the msp430f5529 but i'm aware that it has different archtecture than the 432, so i preferd to check with you before testing is myself.

Hi Avraham,

The code was written for the msp430f5529. Assuming the other mcu has similar resources and performance, it may be possible to adjust the code to work.

As far as i understood from ti drv8304 boost has discontinue.

Is there any new EVM for that drv?

Does the drv8304 has finish the development. It is in preproduction step but cannot be purchased.

I spoke with ryan last october while he visit israel . Seems to be nice product

The BOOSTXL-DRV8304H has not been discontinued. It is currently out of stock and will be re-stocked soon.
