Could you please let me know the DRV8814 delay time for between xENBL to OUTx?

Hi Mukuno-san,

There is a deglitch circuit on the ENBL pin which sets the delay from input to output active.

The deglitcher uses an internal clock to sample the ENBL input and varies based on the internal clock variation and the point when the ENBL input is sampled.

For the device I measured, the ENBL to OUTPUT active varied from 2.35us to 3.75us. The delay was measured from ENBL at 1.5V and the point that the xOUT pin started to rise.

- Could you please let me know about minimum pulse width for ENBL pin?
- Is PHASE pin delay time same too?

The minimum both width for both ENx and PHx is 1us typical

Customer have additional request. Customer want to know the value that they should set for minimum time of EN and PH high signal.
Could you please let me know "the spec of maximum value for minimum pulse width" ?
