DRV8320: 3-phase bldc motor MOSFET driver with Automotive qualification required

Hi,

I need an Auto grade 3-phase bldc motor MOSFET driver IC. The IC should be hardware configurable, should not have interface like SPI.

I got a part from TI (DRV8320H), which is hardware configurable but not Auto grade. Can anyone help if i can get this part with automotive qualification.

Or if there is any other part without SPI interface and Auto grage?

We currently do not offer a device like this with automotive grade. Have you contacted your local sales representative about this request?

Hi,

Thanks for the input. I have contacted the local representative. He mentioned the same. We will check if the same part can be used with out Auto grade as the temperature range supported by this device is -40 to 125deg C
