DRV10970: Retry Capacitor

I would recommend from 0.047 uF to 0.47 uF. This spans a range of ~0.8 sec to ~8 sec.

On the low side I'm concerned about the accuracy of the counter. DRV10970 counts 128 cycles of charge/discharge on the capacitor. At ~0.8 sec this is a cycle of ~ 6 usec. Since a normal retry is usually a few seconds and to minimize design costs the counter isn't super long. This means the clock is not super fast. When we start counting periods that are only a few usec we will have a larger variation on the retry time.

The high side we will eventually take too long, however, my suggestion is more based on the experience I've had with customers and they typically use a few seconds for the lock condition.
