DRV8432: DRV8432 vs DRV8402: Can the DRV8402 be dropped in for the DRV8432?

Part Number: DRV8432

We use 1000's of the DRV8432 parts per year and just found out there are supply chain issues on TI's end resulting in 20 week lead times. Can we use the DRV8402 as a drop in replacement?
