I do not understand the issue as I’m relaying the message from my customer..
Please take a look at the diagram below.
I think he’s trying to say
- “B phase” bootstrap diode is malfunctioning..
- And when he inserts external diode between GVDD_B and BST_B, then it returns to normal…
This is what I got from the picture and message.
Can someone please explain what’s going on?
I need an evaluation of this issue.
