Hello TI,

I have question about how to select ERM & LRA motor for DRV2605.
Could you help us to comment, thanks!
My custome request haptics request as below:

1. Vibration has 2 axis direction.
2. Vibration acceleration 6±2G.
3. Vibration responese time < 10ms.

Hi John,

Those specification will be very difficult to achieve.
1. I only know of one 2-axis LRA by Alps. ERMs can be omni-directional.
2. 6G of acceleration is very high depending on the weight of your mass that you are vibrating.
3. The DRV2605L-Q1 response time is very short. The acceleration rise times will change based on the LRA you choose.
