My customer currently use A4988. May we check if DRV8711 can replace A4988?

other other suggestion part?

Because cross reference have no suggestion.

    Hi Bogey,

    The DRV8886 or DRV8886AT is the recommended replacement for the A4988. Both have internal current sensing to eliminate the external sense resistors. The AT version automatically adjust the decay modes for mimimal current ripple.

    The DRV8711 with external FETs can replace the A4988.
