DRV8873-Q1: Several questions of DRV8873H-Q1

Part Number: DRV8873-Q1

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DRV8873H-Q1?

<Question1>
We would like to confirm the difference Sleep mode and Disable?
We assume that sleep mode can return to notrmal opreration mode(tWAKE), shutdown mode(Disable=high) requires much time to return to normal operation mode.
Is the correct?
And then, how much is the time which returns from shutdown mode(Disable=high) to normal operation mode?Does it mean "Turn-on time"?

In case of sleep mode, VM sleep mode supply current=30uA, how much is the shutdown current?(Disable=high)  XuA level??

<Question2>
In case of DRV8873H-Q1(hardware type), Thermal Warning (OTW) function can't report using nFault pin, right?
Or, in case of OTW, does nFault report?
This function is for only DRV8873S-Q1(SPI type), right?

Kind regards,

Hirotaka Matsumoto

    Sleep mode is a low power mode. The regulators, charge pump,  and SPI are disabled. Current is typically 15uA, and time to wake is 1.5ms max

    Disable is operational mode with outputs Hi-Z. The regulators, charge pump and SPI are enabled. Current is typically 5mA, and time to enable outputs is typically 2.5us.

    In DRV8873H-Q1, OTW is not reported using nFAULT. The function is only for DRV8873S-Q1.
