DRV2605L: sometimes have no vibration

Hello

I use DRV2605L to drive ERM.

DRV2605L was powered directly by Li-ion battery, so the DRV2605L is always on when battery has enough power.

1. Finish the Auto-level calibration process, MCU store  the auto-calibration results in MCU memory.

2. when the system start up, the MCU will initial DRV2605L,  rewite the auto-calibration inputs parameters and the results to DRV2605L, and do a vibration action. 

    The ERM sometimes has no vibration when system start up.  ===> what's wrong with it? how to solve this problem?

3. on the other hand,  If let DRV2605L to do auto-calibration everytime when the system start up, the ERM can has vibration everytime.

My question:

1. Does DRV2605L need to do auto-calibration everytime when system start up??

    Hi Jesse,

    The rest of the device configuration is the same when it works and when it does not? Also the actuator is the same?

    Perhaps one thing that could give more insight of what is going on could be to read the device register settings when it works fine and when it does not work fine.
