Can you check the power capacity of the built-in body diode of DRV8870?


Only the forward Voltage is shown on the Datasheet.

Please Check it.

Hi Anthony,

The built in body diodes are designed to carry the maximum load current of the device during switching or overcurrent events. During other times, the current should flow through the FETs.
