PWM Dead Time Generator IC

Hi everyone, Does TI have PWM dead time generator IC ? I designed RC delay circuit in rising and falling edge, It works but I want to use IC, If it is possible. Such as  IXDP631PI from IXYS.

I searched but I couldnt find.
