DRV10975 can't spin the motor when the temperature is below -18℃,and the motor can work normally when the temperature is above -18℃

Could you provide a little more information? When you say the motor doesn't spin below -18C does it start spinning and not get to speed or does it not move at all? Is there any lock indicated on the Display tab of the GUI? Can you provide a scope shot of the phase U current for the working and failing case?

I suspect you may have to adjust the resistance, kt and/or lead time to work for both low temp and high temp. Because resistance and BEMF constant vary over temperature the programmed values may have to be optimized to work over the temperature range.
