DRV10983: Decrease in rotation speed during initial operation

Hey Anthony,

1) The motor will stop spinning if there is a lock condition, Over Temperature, Over Current, or Under voltage Lockout. please check if there is one of these conditions triggered that stopped the operation of the motor. Check in the datasheet (www.ti.com/.../drv10983.pdf) sections 8.3.2 "Protection Circuits" and 8.4.7 "Lock Detect and Fault Handling" for more information on these locks. Please make sure these locks aren't triggering, which will be indicated in the eeprom registers. To avoid one of these conditions from triggering, you must tune the eeprom settings of drv10983 for the specific motor using our tuning guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slou395d/slou395d.pdf ).

2) In the waveform you gave, im not sure what signal each channel tracks.
