DRV110: Peak current drop at high temperature

Part Number: DRV110

Hi Everybody,

I'm using the DRV110 as a solenoid driver and I set the peak current to 900mA and the hold current to 150mA. I made some environmental test for my application and I found out that, for temperature higher than 55°C, the peak current drops from 900mA to 250mA roughly, while the hold current stay at the same value. I made some measurement with a current transducer and I found out that this current value is constant and repeatable along all the project supply voltage range (from 23V to 42V), and it seems to be strictly related to temperature, despite the working operating range of -40°C to +125°C

Can anyone help me?

Best Regards
