It did not get created. If you would like me to submit the request, please send me a private message with all the following information:

Company Name
Description of product or application
Expected volume of product (number of units per year)
Number of DRV8323 ICs per board
Expected lifetime for product (# of years)
Simulation software for IBIS model (name and version)

Turnaround time for the model should be two weeks to one month.

Do you need the model for the DRV8323H, DRV8323S, DRV8323RH, or DRV8323RS?

James,

thanks, that's great that a model will be created. Is there any way to express this model, my team is done with layout and I need it yesterday :)

If there's any other part they can suggest for testing only the SPI interface that I can use for now would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Torstein,

Unfortunately our modeling team is really busy right now, which is why they gave me the later date of 11/23 even though I submitted the request for 11/9. I believe the DRV8313 and DRV8303 have IBIS models. They are older devices, but maybe they could work for your simulation needs in the meantime.
